Our history
With the arrival of the year 1999, specifically in the month of January, the Agreement establishing the alliance between Corporación Alimentaria S.A., CORALSA belonging to the Ministry of the Food Industry and the Altex group of Mexico, with vast experience in milling, was signed.
Thus begins the recovery of an idle industry, firstly, with the remodeling of the property to adapt it to new technologies and start the assembly of the machinery that would give life to the new joint plant between Mexican and Cuban specialists.
